Tubelyzer Terms of Service

Welcome to Tubelyzer! By using my app, you agree to these friendly (but still important) terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Tubelyzer—simple as that.

1. Acceptance of Terms

When you sign up or click "I agree," you're entering a simple agreement with me, David, the individual behind Tubelyzer, resident in Hungary. Please read these terms carefully. If you don't agree, you should stop using the app.

2. What Tubelyzer Does

Tubelyzer helps you analyze YouTube comments: sentiment, trends, summaries, and more. It uses the link you provide. That's it—no sneaky extras.

3. Your Account

• You must be 16 or older to sign up (or have a parent's OK).
• You provide a valid email and create a secure password.
• Keep your password secret—don't share it. If your password is compromised, let me know right away.

4. How You Can (and Can't) Use Tubelyzer

Do:

• Analyze public YouTube comments for insights.
• Use the visual dashboard and download any reports I make available.

Don't:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or hack the service.
• Use Tubelyzer for anything illegal or unethical.
• Share copyrighted content you don't own.

5. Your Content & Ownership

• You retain all rights to the YouTube links you provide and the analyses, summaries, and insights you generate with Tubelyzer.
• By using Tubelyzer, you grant me (David) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify and aggregate your generated content (in anonymized or aggregated form only) to develop, improve, and enhance the app and related services.
• I will never publish or share your raw comments or any personally identifiable data—only anonymized/aggregated results that help make Tubelyzer better.

6. Privacy & Data

My Privacy Policy explains how I collect and use your data (email, encrypted password, cookies, and anonymized usage info). Spoiler: I keep it safe, I don't sell it, and it's covered by GDPR.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Tubelyzer is provided "as-is." I work hard to keep it bug-free, but no promises it's perfect.
• I'm not liable for lost or misleading insights, downtime, or any indirect damages.

8. Termination

You can delete your account any time. I can also suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or behave badly. Either way, I'll let you know via email.

9. Changes to These Terms

Sometimes I need to update these terms (for legal or feature reasons). I'll post the new version here and update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom. If it's a major change, I'll email you.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
